He/she should be 12-13 or 13-14.
Just came back from Vermont South.The trip took 45 mins to arrive Vermont south.
The trip:bus 270 to Box Hill->Then bus 700 to Warrigal Rd & Burwood Hwy->Tram 75 to Vermont south from Stop 59 to stop 74
